Talent Registration Terms and Conditions

By submitting the registration form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.      Participation Not Guaranteed
Submitting the form does not guarantee your participation in any Lucha Power event. Acceptance and participation are at the sole discretion of Lucha Power.

2.      Rights to Image, Voice, and Performances
You grant Lucha Power the full, irrevocable, worldwide right to use your name, image, voice, performances, and any creative material submitted or produced by you for the following purposes:

o    Event promotion (social media, print materials, videos, digital campaigns).

o    Merchandising (t-shirts, posters, collectibles, and other products).

o    Any other marketing or commercial purposes related to Lucha Power.

3.      Compensation
You understand and agree that no compensation will be provided for the use of your image, voice, likeness, or creative material in products, promotional materials, or any other context related to Lucha Power.

4.      Release of Liability
You release Lucha Power, its directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, demands, liabilities, or damages arising from:

o    The use of your image, voice, likeness, or performances.

o    Your participation in events, including injuries, accidents, or damages, even if resulting from Lucha Power’s negligence.

o    Conflicts with any exclusivity agreements or commitments you may have with other companies or promotions.

5.      Ownership of Creative Content

      All creative material that is produced, recorded, or developed exclusively within Lucha Power events or as a direct part of your participation with Lucha Power (including, but not limited to, videos, presentations, music, images, ideas, performances, or audiovisual content) will be the property of Lucha Power. This material may be used by Lucha Power for reproduction, distribution, and commercial purposes. Content created outside of Lucha Power events or without a direct connection to the company will remain the property of its respective creator.

6.      Protection of Minors and Legal Compliance
If you are under 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required to submit this form.
You consent to Lucha Power collecting, storing, and using your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in El Paso, Texas, solely for talent selection, event coordination, and promotion.

7.      Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Any dispute related to this registration or your participation will be resolved under the laws of the State of Texas, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in El Paso, Texas, waiving any other jurisdiction.

8.      Authorization and Consent
By submitting the form, you grant your full, irrevocable, and legal authorization for the use of your information, image, and performance rights as described in these terms and conditions.
